"I'm here to tell ya', even though I'm 7,983 miles away, I still get honest, down-to-earth, personal service from Final Touch. Ever since we put the FR500s on the "Boss's" car during Mustang Week, I've been looking to get another set of shoes for the Mach. I must have spent the better part of 3 months looking for a wheel that would set the Mach off the way those FR500s did. Well, after all that searching I couldn't find what I wanted. I found many wheels that had a few features that I like but nothing with the whole package. Just as I was about to give up, I decided to call Roger for some advice. Now remember, I had to call from a DSN line phone all the way from Afghanistan . Anyone that has any experience with that knows how hard it is to hold a conversation on them. Voices fades in and out, there's like a 2-3 second delay between pauses so you're always talking over the other person, etc. Even through all of that Roger was more than happy to help me.

Well, I had them shipped direct to his shop and he notified me the minute they came in. He was even nice enough to inspect the wheels and verify that they sent the right ones. Soon after notifying me that the wheels showed up, he sent me an email telling me they were done! He even attached three photos so I could see for myself the awesome job he had done! I'm telling ya' folks, the service you will get from Roger and the Final Touch family can't be beat. Everything from pricing to just being nice people, nobody else even comes close.
